Terms of service

  1. What we do. We accept a written message and optional image, format them to meet the facility's mail standards, and mail the letter by U.S. postal service to the address on file for the named recipient.
  2. Price. $4.99 per letter, including review, formatting, and postage. Nothing is charged to the recipient or the facility.
  3. No guarantee of delivery, reading, or response. We control printing and mailing. We cannot control or guarantee whether facility staff deliver the letter, whether the recipient reads it, or whether they respond. See the mail rules.
  4. Reservations. Diosdado has no confirmed facility address for this service. Reserving a letter here is free — nothing is charged. If a verified address becomes available, we email you first and you decide whether to complete a paid order under these terms. Unclaimed reservations may be deleted after 12 months.
  5. Content review. We screen every message and image before printing and may decline to print content that violates facility rules or the law. You will be notified and given one opportunity to revise before the order is closed.
  6. Your content. You confirm you have the right to use the text and image you submit and that they contain no private information about other people without their consent.
  7. Shared images. If you choose to share an image you uploaded so other people can use it, you confirm you own it or hold the rights to it, that it shows no faces of the people these letters are addressed to and no private individuals without their consent, and you grant JCGV Consulting and Management Inc. a free, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to display it on our sites and print it on other customers' letters. We review shared images before release and may edit them for print, decline them, or remove them at any time without notice. You remain responsible for the content you share.
  8. Charitable allocation. $1 from every completed paid order goes to children's cancer research. Contact us for details.
  9. Limitation of liability. Once a letter has been mailed, what happens after it leaves our hands is outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
